Evgenios Chamilothoris is the founder of Barbarossa World and was born in Athens. He spent all his summers in the island of Paros with his family learning the trade of running a family owned restaurant from his father and grandfather as a teenager. After school he graduated from University of Westminster in London with a BA in Business Administration. He devoted his career in the Restaurant business by turning Barbarossa into a renowned destination and lifestyle restaurant and pioneered the expansion of the restaurant brand home and abroad.

The history of Barbarossa Restaurant started in the island of Paros by the picturesque port of Naousa in 1987.

It started as a traditional family owned seafood taverna run by the father of the current Vice President of Barbarossa World.

Over the years, Evgenios has transformed Barbarossa into the most iconic lifestyle seafood restaurant in Cyclades attracting international interest with a loyal following of foodies, global luxury travelers and celebrities around the world.

Led by the entrepreneurship of Evgenis Chamilothoris and Group Executive Chef Dimitris Nikolis Barbarossa Restaurant soul is a tribute to the finest traditional Aegean ingredients and upscale seafood, transformed into refined imaginative dishes. It remains rooted in simplicity, honoring tastes that define the island of Paros and the Aegean sea.

Over the years our group is now counting 4 Barbarossa Restaurants in Paros, Bodrum,

Cairo and Athens.

Together with our newest partners ADMO Lifestyle Holding our target is to open 4 additional outlets in renowned locations globally within a period of 4 years.
